The SEO Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving organic performance across multiple digital properties, ensuring both strategic and technical excellence. This position requires a strong foundation in all areas of SEO — technical, on-page, content, and off-page — with the ability to integrate them into holistic growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies encompassing technical optimization, content architecture, and link acquisition to maximize organic visibility.
• Conduct technical site audits and implement solutions to improve crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and overall site health.
• Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities across markets and content verticals.
• Collaborate with content, development, and outreach teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all initiatives.
• Optimize metadata, schema, internal linking, and page experience to align with search engine standards and user intent.
• Monitor performance using industry-standard tools (e.g., GA4, GSC, Accuranker, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Lumar) and report insights with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Stay informed on algorithm updates, emerging trends, and the evolution of AI-driven search to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with demonstrated results improving organic rankings and visibility.
• Proven understanding of the complete SEO ecosystem — technical, on-page, content, and link-building.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Accuranker, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Lumar, etc.), analytics platforms (GA4, GSC), and Excel.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Analytical thinker able to translate data into strategic insights.
• Effective communicator capable of aligning SEO initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.
• Familiarity with international SEO and emerging AI-driven search models (e.g., ChatGPT, LLMs) is an asset.
